Which workflows are stable and which are in Beta?
Polls, MultiPolls, Elections and Nominations are stable. Awards, Selections, Surveys, Auctions, Tenders, EOI, Registrations and Events are available in Beta.
Do participants need to install an app?
No. Participants use a mobile or desktop browser. Sign-in, invitations and eligibility requirements depend on the workflow and its access settings.
How do I choose the right workflow?
Use Elections for ballots and member decisions, Nominations for proposing people, Surveys for feedback, Registrations for governed intake, and Events for registration plus QR entry and attendance. Awards and Selections support staged evaluation.
Is voting anonymous?
Elections support configurable anonymity. Organizers choose the voting mode and result visibility. Participation records and eligibility controls are separate from how choices appear in published results.
How does pricing work?
Pricing depends on the product, its configured capacity and its billable participation unit. Allowances and rates can differ between elections, registrations and events. Check the selected product’s Pricing page for current figures.
What is the difference between a Poll and an Election?
A Poll collects a single-question vote. An Election supports several positions in one ballot. Polls, MultiPolls and Elections share the voting workflow; Surveys are a separate tool for structured feedback.
