How do you prevent duplicate votes?
Each voter is verified via OTP (WhatsApp or SMS) before they can vote. The system limits each verified voter to one submission per election, preventing duplicates.
Do voters need to install an app?
No. Everything works directly in the browser. Voters just tap the link, verify with OTP, and vote — no downloads or sign-ups required.
Can I export results?
Yes. Download results anytime from the reports workspace. Exports include voter lists, completion status, and detailed audit reports in Excel format.
How many voters can I have?
TrooVote is free for up to 100 voters. From the 101st voter onward, pricing is Rs. 20 per voter. See the pricing page for worked examples and full details.
Can I use TrooVote for RWA or association elections?
