Before you start.
Can registration dates differ from Event dates?
Yes. The registration window is fully independent. Event dates are informational and do not control registration or lifecycle status.
Who can register for a private Event?
Only a signed-in person matching an active invitation by account, mobile, email, or invitation token.
When does an applicant receive a QR code?
Only after approval. Rejected and blocked applicants see their status but never receive a usable entry QR.
