Can Surveys be public and private?
Yes. Public Surveys allow any logged-in participant up to capacity; private Surveys admit only uploaded eligible participants.
Can I turn Traceability off?
Yes, in either access mode. TrooVote keeps submission eligibility separate from anonymous answer storage.
Can participants verify inclusion?
Yes. A one-time receipt can be recomputed and matched against the immutable Survey Book after finalization.
