When is Auction capacity consumed?
One unit is consumed when a compliant supplier organisation becomes eligible. Its additional authorised contacts do not consume more capacity.
Are commercial award amounts platform payments?
No. TrooVote billing covers use of the product; the organiser settles the winning commercial contract separately.
What if payment is pending?
Included capacity remains usable, while supplier activation beyond the included limit pauses until the platform fee is resolved.
