When is Tender capacity consumed?
One unit is consumed when a supplier organisation is marked eligible. Additional authorised contacts do not consume more capacity.
Are award amounts platform payments?
No. TrooVote billing covers product usage; bid security, invoices and contract settlement remain outside TrooVote.
What if payment is pending?
Included capacity remains usable, while additional supplier eligibility pauses until the platform fee is resolved.
