What to know before you launch.
When is Event capacity consumed?
One unit is consumed atomically when an organiser approves a registration. Moving that registration away from approved releases the unit.
Does scanning create another charge?
No. Entry scans and attendance analytics are included with the approved-attendee capacity.
Can a revoked QR still enter?
No. Rejecting, blocking, withdrawing, or cancelling an approved registration revokes its active entry pass.
